Ideal for students, visitors passing through or tourists wishing to discover the principality of Liège, this fully equipped studio will meet with your approval.

Close to many points of interest, this studio allows you to quickly reach the city centre (less than 10 minutes on foot), the park and/or the sports centre of Xhovémont, the Clinic Saint-Joseph, the Citadelle Hospital, the Royal Academy of Fine Arts or the University of Liège.

Equipped with all facilities, you will have a fitted kitchen, wireless internet (wifi), a TV, a double bed and a sofa bed, a shower and many other basic products.

The studio apartment is on the ground floor (it takes 3 steps to make it to the apartment)
